Stefanie Ferrel

Vice President, 5 years with Pierre Landscaping, and over 10 years of industry experience.

Stefanie has her Associates in Science Degree in Horticulture. Before joining Pierre, Stefanie was a Project Engineer for 5 years with American Landscape. Stefanie's knowledge of plants and landscape construction, as well as her astute business acumen, makes her an invaluable leader for the Pierre team.

David Reed

Senior Salesperson, 20 years with Pierre Landscaping. B.A. University of California, Berkeley
M.B.A. University of California Los Angeles, Anderson School of Business

In David's 20 years with Pierre he has sold and managed over $40 million in installations and has built all types of projects in both the commercial and residential markets. David is a certified irrigation auditor, a member of the USGBC, and fluent in current sustainable garden designs and technologies. Current experience includes grey water irrigation systems, rain water harvesting systems and satellite irrigation technologies. Above all, David brings a command of both the art and the science of landscaping to each and every project.

Zabra Gerston

Business Development Manager, joins the Pierre team in April 2010.

Zabra has an educational background in Landscape Planning & Design from Pierce College. After attending the Pierce program, Zabra was the Project Coordinator at American Landscape, a commercial contractor based in Los Angeles. With her talent for landscape planning and design for over 10 years, and an extensive knowledge of plant material, Zabra also acts as Pierre's in-house designer, and can draft anything from simple sketches to full scale residential landscape plans on AutoCAD. With her knowledge of construction, not to mention an exuberant personality, Zabra is an important part of the team in maintaining and developing new business relationships.

Leslie Rowe

Business Developer, newest edition to the Pierre team.

After earning her Master's Degree in Architecture at the Southern California Institute of Architecture, Leslie began her career in architecture & urban design. She later transitioned into landscape design & architecture, as well as design management. Leslie's local and international experience paved the way to starting her design firm, L.V. Rowe Gardens. Specializing in the Santa Monica & Montecito areas, she has played an integral role in the conceptual, schematic, and design development of many large scale urban developments and environments, as well as the small scale components of furnishing and implementing them.

Desi Ruvalcaba

Field Supervisor, 8 years with Pierre Landscaping.

With 17 years of industry experience, Desi has an unmatched strength on jobs of any scope. Desi is bilingual, English and Spanish, and has an innate ability to get along with all parties involved in the construction process, from homeowners, subcontractors and crews, as well as the general contractor and landscape architect/designer.

Jim Stevens

Maintenance Account Manager, over 2 years at Pierre.

Jim has been working in the landscape industry for over 15 years. He manages our professional landscape management crews, whose attention to details are paralleled by none. Jim is also in charge of our service department, with a full time technician, Isidro, who has been with Pierre for over 10 years. Clients love Jim's easy going, yet professional manner and his follow through on all details of managing large residential properties.

David Tripoli

Project Engineer & Estimator, with Pierre since 2010.

A graduate of Pima College in Arizona, David is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician for Exteriors. David has spent 19 years working in the site and landscape development field here in California. David ran his own landscape and irrigation business then worked at Valley Crest Landscape for a number of years as a project engineer and estimator. Before joining Pierre Landscaping, he was involved in Skate Park development and special events, coordinating construction for the X-Games and municipalities nationwide.

Ernie Mejia

Project Engineer & Purchasing, joined the Pierre team in January of 2011.

A Van Nuys native, Ernie has been involved in the local landscaping industry for the past 6 years. Prior to working at Pierre, he started as an Irrigation Buyer with American Landscape. 2 years later, he moved to the operations side as a Project Coordinator for his remaining 4 years with American Landscape. Ernie's favorite past time is landscaping and he can always be found working around his yard.
